Overview

PNAB was originally a game made as a project in upper secondary school. It was made in Visual Basic and DirectX8. Below is a few images from it. Since VB isn't good to make games it had really low performance and I wasn't experienced with 3D thus the graphics sucked too. Now I'm going to remake PNAB to C++/OpenGL/SDL and add some new features and eye-candy to it. The name origins from Microsoft Text-to-speech thingy. By writing obscure strings to it we made it say PNAB each time we wrote . (dot)

The gameplay is easy, you steer your own tank in third person. You aim with the mouse and fire by holding down LMB. The longer to hold it the more firepower is used. If you hit your opponent he is destroyed and respawns but this time he is faster, stronger and has better accuracy. Each time he hits you you lose health and eventually dies. The goal is to destroy the opponent as many times as possible.
